Arthana Medawatte
As the Programs Executive at Advocata Institute, she is responsible for grant and subscriber database management, program monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), stakeholder and donor engagement and fundraising initiatives of the organization.
She is currently reading her MBA in International Business from University of Colombo and holds a BSc in Strategic Studies and International Relations from General Sir John Kothelawala Defence University, with expertise in foreign policy, geopolitics and international development. With four years of professional experience, she has worked in corporate sector, developing expertise in project management, research and advocacy, stakeholder engagement and strategic communication.
Prior to joining Advocata Institute, she worked at Jetwing Hotels and Cinnamon Hotels & resorts, where she gained experience in project management, strategic marketing and communications.
With a strong commitment to excellence, she continues to contribute to Advocata Institute’s mission of fostering sound public policy and sustainable economic growth.
