The duration of an internship depends on the specific programme. We typically offer: Short-term internships: 1–3 months Mid-term internships: 6 months Long-term internships: Up to 12 months The specific duration will be stated in the relevant internship advertisement.
Internships are generally offered on a full-time basis. Depending on organisational requirements and performance, an intern may have the opportunity to transition to a part-time arrangement where applicable. The expected working arrangement and commitment will be clearly stated in the relevant internship advertisement.
Internships of more than six weeks may include a stipend, depending on the internship programme and applicable terms. Internships of six weeks or less may be offered as learning opportunities without a stipend.
Interns work alongside our team and gain practical experience by contributing to meaningful projects. Depending on the department, responsibilities may include: Policy research and analysis Data collection and analysis Writing and editing publications Event planning and coordination Social media and communications Content and creative production Administrative and operational support Supporting fundraising and programme activities Responsibilities will vary depending on the department and internship role.
Yes. High-performing interns may be considered for future internship extensions, part-time roles, or full-time employment when suitable opportunities arise. However, completing an internship does not guarantee employment.

Absolutely. Our internship programme is designed to provide students and recent graduates with practical work experience. Previous work experience is not always required. We value enthusiasm, potential, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
