Nadika Fernando
As the Accountant at Advocata Institute, she is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, overseeing budgeting and cash-flow management, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, implementing internal controls, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.
She holds the CMA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka and is a member of the CMA Institute. She is also a senior member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Nadika started her career as an audit trainee and has worked across several private companies and government institutions. She also served as a Research Officer at the Human Rights Commission, adding research and policy exposure to her accounting expertise. Committed to excellence, she contributes to Advocata Institute’s mission through sound financial management and compliance.
